If you are looking to add some real estate exposure to your portfolio, but don't want all the hassles involved in being a landlord, then why not become "the bank".  Our lender/investor clients lend their capital for between 8% and 18% returns.

We do not "pool" or syndicate funds.  Your name is on title as the mortgage lender.  Mortgage investments are RSP, TFSA and LIRA eligible.
